The Sci-Fi/Fantasy Writers Conference

Registration includes conference presentations, continental breakfast, and afternoon snacks, The conference will be held at the Nativo Lodge. LUNCH IS NOT INCLUDED. Attendees can choose the All Day Conference or a Half-Day Option.
All Day Conference – $100 Members, $120 Non-Members, $70 Students*
Includes Access to all Sci-fi/Fantasy, Craft of Writing, and Publishing Presentations, and the Great Publishing Debate, opportunity to participate in the Book Pitching session with Publishers.
Half Day – Limited Conference – $50.00 members, $60.00 non-members, $35.00 Student *
Choice of one Option from List Below:
A Science Fiction/Fantasy writing topics only. Half Day – Afternoon 12:30pm-5:00pm
B The Business of Writing and Publishing Presentations only. Half-day afternoon. 12:30pm-5:30pm
C Panel on Traditional Publishing versus Self Publishing and opportunity to participate in the Book Pitching Session. Half day – morning only 8:00am-11:30am.

A Pre-Conference Buffet Dinner Reception: Mix and mingle with Conference Presenters, Publishers and other Participants. This will take place the evening of Friday, June 8th in the Sabina Room at the Nativo Lodge. 6:30pm Cost is $39.00
5 -minute Pitch Times will be assigned. Participants must be there at least 5 minutes early – if they miss their slot they may request a later one, but are not guaranteed to receive one if all slots are filled. Only the All Day or the Half day Option C are eligible for Pitch sessions.
Pitch Session Participants will receive an email two weeks prior to the event with the time of their pitch session and instructions from the Publishers as to what they want you to bring. The Publishers participating are listed on the SWW website – we do not guarantee which publisher you will be assigned to.
Online and phone registration options are now closed. You can still register the day of the event at the Nativo Lodge beginning at 7:30am.
