Marcia Meier is an author, developmental book editor, writing coach, and publisher of Weeping Willow Books. Her latest book, Face, a Memoir, was published by Saddle Road Press in January 2021. Face was shortlisted for the 2021 Eric Hoffer Book Award grand prize, and won honorable mention in the memoir category. She is the author of five other books, wrote for newspapers for many years, and her freelance articles and poetry have been published in numerous magazines and journals. She holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism and an MFA in creative writing, and continues to teach online writing workshops. Marcia is currently working on a novel and a book of prayers for writers.
