SouthWest Writer’s classes help writers advance their skills and marketability during the course of several sessions. The classes are open to the public. Class fees are kept low to encourage participation. Experienced instructors guide participants through lecture, example and, often, critique to increase the quality of their writing. Classes can include assignments to be completed outside of that class period. For a list of our current offerings, go to our Classes page.
During our half-day and full-day workshops, experienced instructors guide participants through lecture and example to increase their marketability and the quality of their writing. Any work required of the students is done during that session. The workshops are open to the public and fees are kept low to encourage participation. Go to our Workshops page for a list of current offerings.
