As a teacher, writer, and spiritual counselor, Sam has spent over 40 years helping others navigate the mysteries of love, healing, justice, and spirit communication. A native New Orleanian, her work weaves together sacred traditions of her New Orleans upbringing with modern tools and a deep respect for individual empowerment.
She has been living in the great southwest, New Mexico, the Land of Enchantment, for 25 years.

I have been writing as long as I can remember and have attended numerous workshops, classes, etc. I find sometimes you have to toss all of what you have learned and just start writing. Get something on the page. Don’t edit it, don’t try to fix it as you go, don’t worry about spelling — let your stream of consciousness put the words on the page. It cannot be fixed if you don’t write it first.
